Hi everyone,

I just recieved an older MSA S12 Classic to learn on which came with a "light beam" volume pedal. I was wondering if anyone had any info on it, and if it's worth using. I can't really find anything out about it on the net.

Thanks,
Dave

David,If the pedal works, what's the problem? If it does'nt work,I'm sure some one here can help you figure it out.

P.S.,David those old MSA's are tough old birds,I have a 35 year MSA CLASSIC D-10,and she's still solid as a rock.

Thanks for the advice Charles. The pedal does work, and I've been using it up until I broke a prong off the AC cord. A simple fix, but I have been using my Ernie Ball as a sub. I hear so much about Hiltons and Goodrich, and how a volume pedal can make your tone.

I love the MSA. I had Don at Scotty's go through it for me, and I 've already used it on a few gigs. Slow songs for now. I still have a lot to learn. Wink
