is fran newman sick

i sent back a bad dvd about 1month and have sent her about 4 times and have got no respond. does any one know what is wrong. i would like to have my old dvd one or new one back.

I talked to Fran on the 15th of Oct. and ordered a course, everything seemed fine with her at that time. Received course on 19th. Try calling again to the number in Charlotte, N.C. listed on web site. Hope this is of some help.
