A friend of mine, the artist, called me and asked if I knew a good replacement for his bass player, who left abruptly to met up with a major touring band. The artist has released three CD's that have done very well on the Texas Music/Americana charts. He tours Texas extensively, very professional about his career. He is based in Dallas, and that would be his preference, but Austin is central to his touring. He needs to play both electric and upright, and sing harmony.
