Just got a call from my friend Curt and he still has a few CD's left if you haven't bought one yet. This is one of the best steel guitar CD's thats come out in a long time plus some good singing too. He will have some for sale at the KSGA show on October 6-7-8, 2006. If Red Kilby says they're good, you can take that to the bank.

I just received a copy of "The Shoe". If you don't have it...you gotta get it!!! It has some nice classic tracks on it that are pretty & traditional sounding with some extra flavor added by Curt. Very classic but modern with quality production!!!

Curt has great tone with his Mullen & plays darn fine!!! Les Gilliam is great on the selections with vocals. The band is also good...honestly though, it would've been good even if it was just Curt playing all alone. He should make & sell a tab book with this c.d., he has got some some real nice arrangements on these tunes!!!

AMAZING!!!

Thanks so much for the c.d. Curt!!! I'm sure I'll wear it out!!!

Hey Shoe, you are absolutely awesome on this CD! Sounds just as good as you did at the Wahoo Show in person.
They played parts of it on Steel Radio last night during the Terry Bethel Show! And talked about Lloyd Green complimenting you on your super work.
You are at the door of the Big Time, Jayhawk Pal! Come on and break it on in!
