Thank you, Chris. I also have the book. When I sold everything back to Mac McDonald in the mid 90s I thought I had given him everything. When I recieved my Carter I found two Tommy Roots books but I knew that I had sold the videos. If you ever decide to scrap the whole deal and sell your steel keep the instructional material. You will regret selling it later.
