Joe paul Nichols has just released his newest CD titled "Too Much Texas In Me". Joe paul uses some of the finest recording musicians in Nashville, including: Hoot Hester, Doug Jernigan, Pete Wade, Pig Robbins, and others whos names I can't recall at the mement.
He chooses to record "Real Country Music" and even has a warning lable to that effect.. I think this makes his 21st or 22nd album, over the last thirty some years, and they are all great.

Chuck forgot to mention that the best tune on the CD is a real dandy that he wrote. Chuck is quite a song writer.

I have written a review on this wonderful CD and it can be found in the "Review" section of my "Swingin' West" web site. www.swinginwest.com

Mike, and Red, Thank you for the kind words. I'm always looking for some unsuspecting victim to prey upon to get my songs recorded. I sure do appreciate both of you!

Chuck,

I have "All I Need Is You" from this Joe Paul Nichols CD on this Friday's "Swingin' West" show for the world to hear. It is one of the few items without Jimmy Day on this Jimmy Day tribute show. (Doug Jernigan does a class job on this CD.)
