Does anyone know what tuning is used in this tape? I have an MSA double neck E9 and C6 but I wanted to double check and make sure that Mr. Moyers is not playing in E6 which I thought was used by a lot of those early non-pedal steel players...
Also, does anyone have experience/comments on this video series? there are a few more--licks of the 60's, 70's, etc. Are they all pretty good? I'm an intermediate player, certainly not advanced, will I be able to work with these?
Thanks in advance, I'm new to this board, though I've been lurking for quite awhile. I enjoy everyone's helpful and candid nature.

One more thing: I just tried to call the phone numbers on the Jeffran Music website and neither of them are in service. I tried to email to the address on the website and it was returned. Obviously I know about the tragedy, but I thought that videos were still being sold via the website?
Anyone know the status of Jeffran music, or how to contact them? I'd like to purchase courses from them directly if at all possible. |

Hello Luke, I've got three of the WM videoes. Licks of the 60's, 70's & 65 -70. All on E9th if I remember correctly. Let me know if your interested in any of these. I only watched them a couple of times. Good steel info. on the videos though. |

In case anyone was wondering, I found a different number for Jeffran Music and got through no problem. Had a nice conversation with Fran. Can't wait for the tapes! |

Since it's not a For Sale ad, I've moved this to the "Pedal Steel" section of the Forum. |
