I just received my Double 8 Console steel from Bob Littleton. One awesome machine!!

Tuning is C6 on the front and E13 on the back --- 24" scale length. George L pickups.

Great tone; fantastic sustain - so much sustain that I need to place a brick over the strings to keep the guitar quiet at night .

Now my hunt for an instructor is on...... (someone between Shreveport, LA and Dallas TX).

Oh--- the case. Quality case holding the guitar and legs. This is one of my requirements with a new guitar as we are RV'ers and this makes it easy to pack up and travel. No, not traveling musicians

Once on the web site you can find sample sounds of their guitars for those that may be interested.

Here is my guitar:

Nice looking instrument. It looks like they might have borrowed from Fender a bit. Billy

I have been very happy with my two West Coast single necks (C6 and B11), each has its own distinctive tone, easy to carry, as I jet quite a bit around the world and..I too do lo-ove the sustain from those George Ls....also a pleasing shape, new colors..not for classical purists, but a little different..

Bob also built me a third guitar, a custom "Steelocaster" which am growing to be very fond of. Most of my recordings are made with West Coast guitars. You may listen to some of them at www.hsga.org/membersrecordings/KayDas or my website www.homepage.mac.com/kaydas

Happy sliding!
