For those who asked for more info. I found this:
Rocktron continues to bring the ultimate in 24-bit DSP effects processing power to the guitar player with what is now a world standard: The Intellifex Online.
Over the years, the Intellifex has appeared in more professional guitar rigs, on stage and in the studio, than any other effects processor. Several keys to this product make it a most powerful tool:
The Intellifex provides an analog signal path in conjunction with the DSP effects, allowing your preamp’s signal to pass through virtually untouched, protecting your original tone.
Pristine sound quality with ultra transparency and NO DROPOUTS between preset changes.
The entire Motorola DSP engine is dedicated to maximizing the processing power with a purposely limited number of effects. (In other words, every DSP engine can only provide a finite amount of power. Rocktron maximizes the sonic quality of each effect in the Intellifex by actually limiting the number of effects. Hey, you want quantity, or you want quality?)
With an amazing 104dB dynamic range, making it quieter than a cleanly recorded CD, the noise specs cannot be touched. Now, utilize Rocktron’s Internet website Patch Bay to accumulate literally thousands of presets from users all over the world.
Eight different effect configurations provide a multitude of possibilities, including incredible eight-tap chorus where each tap contains its own level, pan, delay, depth and rate. Pitch shifting works in a similar manner, with up to four harmonies, each with its own pitch parameter, fine adjust, pan and delay.
Delay types include stereo, multi-tap and ping-pong. High frequency damping can also be applied to simulate an analog or tape echo effect. Reverb types include Hall, Room, Plate, Stadium and Dual and all feature rich, smooth characteristics with no tinny leftovers. The unique Dynamic Ducker can be applied to the delay or reverb effects to provide the ultimate control over the effect based on your pick attack.
Produce up to four of the greatest quality effects simultaneously, and use Rocktron’s onboard HUSH noise reduction before the effects to silence any noise from your amp or preamp without disrupting the decay of reverb and delay effects.
Specifications:
Maximum Input/Output Level +20dBu, Dynamic Range 104dB, THD=Noise 0.009%,
Dry Frequency Response 20Hz-17KHz +/- 0.5dB, Wet Frequency Response 20Hz-17KHz +/- 0.5dB
