I have some reproduction blend knobs that I turned out of brass. They're a very good facsimile and do the job. I'm only charging $21 shipped to the lower 48, as a service to other players rather than a profit maker. I will ship anywhere with additional postage. I can send a picture if needed.

Ron's Stringmaster blend control thumb wheel is pretty close to the original. It does the job very well.

Indeed! I got the prototype in aluminum a while back and actually gave Ron the dimensions and photos of the knobs off my '57 T8. He did an excellent job. Can't wait to see the product in brass.

Save the prototype. In 100 years it will be worth some big bucks. I'm sure a few of the stringmasters will still be around too!!!

I first tried to turn it using steel, but that proved difficult because I lacked lathe skills. For some reason, I never thought to use brass.
