Hi Bob

I have received the peavey cache card to day and it works great, very fast shipping Bob, but I was wondering how the battery have to be changed, the old battery works fine, but when it is empty I have to know how to change it.

Jan,
The battery change is a simple operation. There is a small clip on the outer end of the card that slides out, don't open it unless your unit starts to display "low cart. battery" as you lose the settings on the card. You will of course be able to reload the settings from the PFII back to the card.

Regards,
Bob

Dear Bob

Thank you for the information, I have found the clip and this cannot be not be a big problem to fix, it was a great pleasure doing business with you.

Regards, Jan

I have never done it, but I need to know, as I have two cards. I'm under the impression that I can plug the card into the profex, and change the battery while it's plugged in, without losing the settings. Is that right?

Yes Jim the unit will power the card while it is plugged in, as I undestand it. If not, you can simply reload the card from the PF II

Regards,
Bob
