That's a steal folks. If I weren't up to my ears in amps, It'd be mine in a heartbeat. And with that original Black Widow, one of the best sounding steel speakers ever.

In response to the question about mod pods and the foot switch on a Session 400. First, the foot switch has two buttons on it. The switch on the left of the pedal cuts the reverb on and off. The switch on the right side of the pedal cuts the tremolo on and off. These amps had the tremolo units on them like a lead guitar amp. Second, in talking to Mike Brown, Peavey does not offer a tone modification to these amps. For many steel players the Session 400 is the Flagship of the Peavey steel guitar amps. Most players that I know would not even think of parting with their Session 400. I hope that I have helped in clarifying some questions about the amp. Vann Cranford
