| I have 2 Peavey Nashville 115E steel guitar speaker cabinets with 15" shallow basket Black Widow speakers. These are new and never been used. These do have the Peavey wheels on them. I took a couple of these speakers in trade from Vann, and the ones I got were in NEW condition. I expect that these are too. Vann is very careful with his gear, and I think you can expect everything to be first class!
