I finally found an instrument to my liking.....for now anyway.
Thanks Larry for your pointers. I went to see "The Music Man" and made a deal. Not for the used one but the "new" one, instead.

I did get the Carter Starter. I still haven't made a single note that sounds like music yet but I haven't had much time to try in the past couple of days due to illnesses in the family (rushing to hospitals and family homes, etc.)
