I ran across this site through E-bay. I bought a case for a Pro-1 online and it was a very smooth transaction. They have New Old Stock cases for Sho-Bud D10s, S10s and Mavericks. I ordered a "New in the Box--Still Sealed" clip pedal from him and it was everything he advertised.
I was truly pleased as my original had a bad pot plus showed it's age.
I spoke with the seller and seems to be on the up and up.
