Terry, the "Love All That You Take" song doesn't do much for me, just nothing very memorable there, and slightly maudlin. But...I'm very impressed by the "Picture" song.  Though somewhat of a "downer", it's got some great imagery, and the style fits in well with today's music.
I could easily see someone like Brad Paisley doing that one! |

I like both a lot. I think that the "Love All You Take" has a great classic country sound, and really good picking. I do agree that it is not "new or pop" which to me, is a good thing.
I also think that the "Picture" song is a great mix of modern country and classic instruments.

Thanks Terry. "Where the Picture Used to Be" is fantastic!
On the 2nd tune:I love the shuffle and you played it fine!
I see you and Brad share some of the same influences.
I've admired your steel playing for over 30 years. Nice to hear it again online.

| Thanks guys for your comments. It's nice to know if we are going in the right direction. Al of these recording were done in Brads little home studio. Five of Brads songs have been cut by Barry Wayne in Nashvile, he is a chistian artist and his album will be out soon. Ron it was good hearing from you again. And thanks for the kind words.
