That is an old Buck Owens song, but not certain who the singer is on this version, but maybe Connie Smith?

Steel style sounds like Hal Rugg, but if it is Connie it is likely Weldon Myrick?

I'm guessing it's Helen Cornelous vocal and Tommy White on steel....and it's just a guess.

The singer's name is Penny Gilley, the album is called "A Picture Of Me" and was recorded in 2002. Junior Knight is on Steel on that track, Maurice Anderson is also featured on the album!
