Just like to say how nice it is to do
business with Chuck Brattain. My black
phoenix got chipped. It wasn't that long
ago I bought it. I'm sending it back and
Chuck is going to replace it. He knows
I'm a new player. Needless to say that
means your're going to be a little rough
on the apparatus. Chuck understands and
I certainly will be more careful in the
future.

I enjoy business with Chuck too.
I got a Phoenix Groovey that I really love.
I'm going to try and take care of it.

Agree on both accounts. Great bar (it is my favorite) and great service from Chuck.

The BP has been my favorite bar as well (though the Burden I just got is right up there with it now). With my heavy touch, I don't just chip 'em, I strip 'em. Have needed several replacements, but am learning to lighten up a tad. And Chuck is top-of-the-line to deal with.

I have yet to find my definite favorite bullet bar - offering the right combination of tone, playability and comfort - but the Black Phoenix is VERY high on my list. And yeah,- dealing with Chuck is a pure pleasure.

Bought some of his coated fingerpicks recently,- really nice, I like the way they stick to the fingers.
