Just like to say how nice it is to do
business with Chuck Brattain. My black
phoenix got chipped. It wasn't that long
ago I bought it. I'm sending it back and
Chuck is going to replace it. He knows
I'm a new player. Needless to say that
means your're going to be a little rough
on the apparatus. Chuck understands and
I certainly will be more careful in the
future. |

I enjoy business with Chuck too.
I got a Phoenix Groovey that I really love.
I'm going to try and take care of it. |

Agree on both accounts. Great bar (it is my favorite) and great service from Chuck. |

The BP has been my favorite bar as well (though the Burden I just got is right up there with it now). With my heavy touch, I don't just chip 'em, I strip 'em. Have needed several replacements, but am learning to lighten up a tad. And Chuck is top-of-the-line to deal with. |

I have yet to find my definite favorite bullet bar - offering the right combination of tone, playability and comfort - but the Black Phoenix is VERY high on my list. And yeah,- dealing with Chuck is a pure pleasure.
Bought some of his coated fingerpicks recently,- really nice, I like the way they stick to the fingers.
