My '69 ZB D-10 came with a wrong case--probably for an Asian keyboard--one that falls short of closing by 2-3". I need something that:
a) closes (even if only with bungee cords or duct tape) and
b) is long enough: this fishtail beast needs something about 36-1/2" inside length. I think width is 12" or a bit less and height is about 5".
I don't gig--I don't even play (having traded "up" to this crippled behemoth) but I may need to ship it to someone to make it playable. As long as there are a lid and a bottom that fit together and the price is right, I'd like to know who may have what. |

I don't know nothing about nothing, but I'd really suggest getting a proper and sturdy case for that guitar, especially if you're going to say the word "shipping" around it.
Even though guitars are personal property, a '69 ZB is part of our collective history and should be protected before none are left.
OutWest cases is usually highly recommended and would build you a case to fit your guitar like a glove.
Just my 2 cents. Don't mean to tell you your business.

I think Tommy Minniear has a new Out West Case for a Pro III Sho-Bud.It might work and it has wheels on it. Send that baby doll to Billy Knowels and you end up with something worth playing and/or to sale
