I'm playing with Kiki Ebsen (Uncle Jed's daughter http://www.kikiebsen.com/ ) at a smooth jazz gig at a winery in Temecula CA.

I'm playing about half 6 string and half steel.

Kiki is a real TALENT!

Hi gang, if anyone wants to hear some good country music in Nashville stop by Legends on Broadway Sunday night the 13th of Aug. 10 to 2 I'll be there with Vern's band and the band leader says Vern might come by but that's not a guarantee I think it depends on the weather whether he decides to or not :-)

Anyway we do nothing but pure country shuffles, 2/4 swing older stuff nothing newer than the 80's and mostly older than that but what the heck there was a lot of good country in the 80's although I do believe it was the beginning of the end for country music!
