Hi,my name is Robert.I've been looking, reading, and laughing at this wonderful place for over a year now. Finally had to join.Yes,admittedly I've cried a few times as well at the prayer requests and responses. You all are great in my book, keep up the love, loyalty, laughter and the good lesson giving advice for our "beloved steel"
Thanks,Bob for accepting me in as a member.
Thanks,Tim Bridges for the Derby you sold me.Love it.
Could say alot more, but wanted to say also I feel I know some of you already,I've read so many of your posts, hopefully,we'll meet one of these days,if not down here, then by all means by the grace of God,let's meet on the sunny banks of God's sweet deliverance.
Robert deaton...playing a little of everything since '78 - the psg for the last 3-4 years, really seriously. |

Welcome Robert, I know you will enjoy it here and learn a lot from these knowlegable Forumites. Have you been to Billy Cooper's Steel Guitar Store in Orange, Virginia? Wow, what a place, and Billy is a good player and a good Christian. Have fun!

In fact,he has refurbished an old MSA S10 for me and I need to go get it before he sales her.I am a stone mason here in va.,and right now the $$$$$ is not where I'd like it to be.
thanks for all the welcomes, looking forward to doing more in the future. As for my input, well you might get more out of that stump in your back yard.
