There seems to be a few pickers in this state but from what i've seen in other forums there is no Oklahoma Pedal Steel Chapter or organization around OKC area. Comming back from St.Louis where steel pickins is good back home to OK and it seems nobody is playin, or admitting to it anyway...maybe we can put some feelers out and force em out into the open?

Thanx Jim Harper for the heads up! I missed this post, because I was out of town at the Quad Cities Show.

This sounds like something we could do and have allotta fun. Let's look into it. James

Bob, welcome to the forum.
And I applaud your instantly taking
a great initiative 1st post :
Starting a steel group in your area.

Building your own PSG's cool too.
You sound like just the type we like in here.

So y'all pull up a comfey chair and have a good time.
