Buy some rack rails on eBay and just make one out of 3/4" plywood. You can make it exactly the size you need then. I'd suggest box joints for joining the plywood.

Are you looking for a 4 space rack to use together with a pedal steel? One with the extra doors on the bottom?
If so, Gary Phillips builds some excellent racks of this type in all sizes.
