Question for western Kentucky Folks...

While I was at Murray St.(in 1990), I used to play most Friday nights at a little open mic jam session in Hardin. I cannot remember the name of the fellow that played steel, but I often think of him because he was the first person to ever let me sit down at a steel and give it a try...I seem to remember his name as Ervall. Anyone know who I'm talking about?
