My hero!!!!
Maybe next time you can get that slave driver band leader to give you a solo instead of just a turnaround.
You're picking as well as ever!!!
Best to you and Ms T

Mike Smith has always been one of my all-time favorite players!! The tone and execution of the notes is so even. His lovely wife has such a warm voice too...thanks for the Christmas blessing. |

Muchas Gracias...and Al, your memory is about as good as mine. Actually, I've only lived in Arizona for 6-years after a brief 29-years in Nashville. I got my start playing steel in East Texas from the legendary tone and electronics wizard Jim Evans. |

For those of you who don't have it, Mike and T's Christmas CD is great. I knew Mike could sing but this is the first recording where I've heard him. And we all know of his creativity on steel. This is a nice addition to our Christmas collection that will be played year after year.
The only problem is that it is really too good to only be played during the Christmas season.
Mike and T, just turn the air-conditioner up to frost bite level and have a Merry Christmas! |

Hi Dale,
Someone called me and said there was a "where do I find this" question. Our website has a products page with a PayPal link. Unfortunately, we're so close to Christmas itself, I doubt the Christmas CD could reach you in time.
Anyhow, the website is www.mikeandt.com
Thanks,
Mike |
