I am helping a guy in Germany find some leg inserts or new legs for a Fender Champ- I'm unable to tell what threads it has based on the pics he sent me but he can't get anything done there as they are not metric. Any help would be appreciated- they do not appear to be std pedal steel legs inserts but appear to be larger- thanks in advance--

The Studio Deluxe did, which was basically just a champ with legs.

Great assist Andy!

Yes, I have one of those in walnut with legs. I bought it back in 1976 in a pawn shop for $135.00. I guess I over paid at that time.

I got legs and sockets for my '51 Fender T8 from Bobby's site. Like 'em. No problems at all.

Yes, but do you need panty hose for that set?

But seriously folks, why are steel guitar legs so expensive -- they appear to be pretty similar to an Atlas mic stand, which are half the price.

Thanks for all the replies- one of the reasons for the expense of legs is the slugs that are generally silver soldered in them~

Snails are cheaper and heavier.
