I'll be in D/FW for one night, Thurs, 11/17. Any steel in town that night? Jr. Knight maybe? Carp? Lemme know!

Hey guys, I'm right across the street from you all at the Rodeo Exchange. If you have time, come over and visit. Just tell the lady that you're on break. They usually let me in when I was working Billy Bob's and running the streets on break. |

Thur used to be a big night at Cowboy's Red River in Dallas, and may still be. From what I've heard Jr. is the entertaiment director there, but that's the rumor mill. I believe he's still playing there.....
Here's what came off MissLana.com

Big Sandy & His Fly Rite Boys at The AllGood Cafe in Dallas, $10, 8 p.m.
Grant Wiscour & The Infidels at Muddy Waters in Dallas, 8 p.m.
Brian "The Beerman" Houser at Adair's Saloon in Dallas
Bill Hearne at Poor David's Pub in Dallas
Annie Benjamin at Standard & Pours Coffee & Stocks in Dallas, 8-10 p.m.
Rene West at MacHenry's in Fort Worth
Bodie Powell (acoustic) at The White Elephant Saloon in Fort Worth, 8 p.m., no cover
Steve Tenpenny at Love & War in Texas in Grapevine
Travis Linville at Love & War in Texas in Plano

Tommy Alverson will have Ray Austin playing steel on his gig.... GREAT player and guy.
However, I think Big Sandy would be the ticket for sure. If I was in town I'd be there. Who is his steeler????
