Folks this kid is a MONSTER steel player, and one of the nicest players I've ever had the good fortune to meet.Corky was playing a Rains Guitar which he said he is doing some work for, and built it himself. He literally filled the hall with some of the warmest lows and silky smooth highs you'd ever want to hear.I'm afraid to sit behind my guitar again. This young man has scarred me for life. I'm not for sure but I think there was some other guy on stage with him by the name of Watson. Corky you made my day, my week, my month, and year. Totally awesome. |

My band opened a show for Gene Watson and I met Corky there. You can't find a greater person and overall great picker. Good Luck my friend. |

Corky contacted me this AM and asked if I would tell Chuck and Mike and everyone "Thanks!" for the post and to all you who came out to the show...Corky loves meeting people and playing steel with Gene Watson! |
