Roy, looks like "Little Roy" to me. Roy and Hank worked with Eddy Arnold.

Roy had a Gibson like that. He got it out of storage in his Attic and brought it to the store and had me clean it up and restring it.

It looks like a very young Roy Wiggens to me, but it's a blurred photo so I could be wrong.

I just received in the mail yesterday from Sundazed Records on the Euphoria Label, the two disc set 'The Guitar Artistry of Hank Garland' Man, is it great! I have read about Hank on the Forum and from posts by his brother or freind that was taking care of him before his death, and it inspired me to check out his stuff, and I'm hooked.

This set has the sessions he did with Gary Burton and it is swinging. My 8 year old daughter really dug it and asked about the vibes.

Anyway, Check it out and I'm looking forward to the Movie about Hank when it comes out!!!

Regards, Craig

Kelso Herston, who worked with Hank for a long time doing studio work, etc. sent me the picture with the question. I just emailed him to say that the concensus is that it's Little Roy.

Craig, At one time Hank and his brother, Billy, and Billy's wife, Amy, had a box set of 5 CD's on the market. It sold for about a hundred bucks. You can email them at
