You need to have the mp3 file on your computer, some space on a server on the internet, and a way to transfer the file to that server.
I'll assume you know how to make an mp3, so we'll go on to the next step.
Some ISP's provide customers with webspace, and there are a few free webspace providers but they are usually slower and require you to allow advertising along with your file storage. If you have a friend with a website he/she may allow you to temporarily store your mp3.
EDIT: Looks like Gary has volunteered some space. You're in luck.
Once the file is stored on the net, you need to know the path or URL (universal resource locator) that points to the file. Something like http://www.mysite.com/mymusic.mp3
(note: this is a phony URL)
Post a message on the Forum and type the URL in the text of the message. When someone clicks on it, their browser will execute the file, depending on how that computer is set up to handle mp3 files.
Hope this helps.
