most of all that i have read , over the years here, concerning this matter, has designated (to me anyway) this forum as pertinent partner to the SGHOF.
all 8 of them inductors are Fo'bro's
i have seen them post many times here.
as time passes & skeletons finally get a proper funeral, i'm sure we shall see the heroes many are hollerin' about, including, i hope, some unexpected surprises, get in that great hall

btw: who's gonna fill Winnie & jeff's seats ?

Anybody who know the facts as Fred Shannon does, would most likely NOT want to be "inducted" into the so-called "Hall of Fame" If it is indeed privately owned, then it is more than likely hindered by predudice.(not to mention scandalous allegations) Perhaps a more appropriate name for the organization would be "Hall of Shame"!.....Just a little joke. I never did take the SGHOF seriously anyway...Remember the saying,"beauty is in the eyes of the beholder"? In my book, anyone who plays and promotes steel guitar are the ones who keep it alive. Not a system of back wood politics, or "good old boys" network...................

It is better to be opinionated, that apathetic.
