Don Felder as I am told exited the band a year or three back..who really knows why...
The stage player was Stuart Smith, I believe thats his name. A very fine player. I have seen him many times with Shawn Colvin as well. The boy has a great touch and unique style...
I don't think he is part of the Eagles but rather part of the SHOW...
all in all I thought this was a pretty good outing for the guys....I don't have a problem with same ole' same ole'...

The Eagles may get old but their music never does.

I met Steuart a few times in Germany when he was playing in my brother Julians band. As well as being an amazing guitarist and a tasteful producer,he is an absolute gent as well. Im glad he is having the success he deserves!

For arrangements and harmony and taste, they are hard to beat. If you listen closely to the voice arrangements on 'Lying eyes' and 'Peacful easy feeling' - super! I just recently bought their 'Greatest Hits' CD. |

No steel player in the Eagles. Moved to "Music" section. |
