I'd like to learn how to tune an E9th neck harmonically. Sat down and tried to just 'figure it out' and realized that I was re-inventing the wheel. Does anyone have a chart, or a website, or written instructions that could short-cut my attempts?

Graeme, I don't use this method, but a number of sources on the web say to use only the 5th fret and the 12th fret harmonics when tuning. The harmonics at the 7th and 4th fret aren't "perfect" harmonics (whatever that means), and are therefore not reliable. As I don't use this method, I've never investigated it any further.
