If any one is using the Line 6 POD units and is looking for a way to mount them, Tommy Dodd has designed and built a great bracket. The POD sits on a brace supported by two poles that fit into holes in the back of the POD body. The bracket attaches to the leg of the steel. The bed of the unit rotates to give you great access to the settings. I love it! Nice work Tommy!

Directly from Tommy. They are $39.00 I think plus shipping. You will have to talk top Tommy about the shipping details.

I think it is handy as all get out!

Thanks

Tim's right, you'll need to get them from Tommy directly. I paid $40. Email Tommy at tommyd@mindspring.com.

Thanks for the comments gentlemen. I hope you are enjoying the brackets and they're working out well for you.

I have had quite a bit of interest in the bracket by lead guitar players here in the Atlanta area and have sold a few. It looks like I might have to do another production run. If you have any questions of comments please refer to my older thread listed here http://steelguitarforum.com/Forum17/HTML/001723.html Thanks again for your comments and support.

Tommy,

Thanks for coming to Nashville - and for having an extra POD bracket that I could buy off of you!

I've got several different occassions during the road show where I need to switch patches, and my MatchBro, in a moment's notice; and even ramp up the reverb in real-time.

For anyone with a POD - Tommy's clamp is bullet-proof, and does the job right. The angle adjustments worked out great too.

Thanks again, and I'll talk with you soon,

David Spires

Yeah, I picked mine up from Tommy Tuesday night just before leaving Nashville on this run. The DODD POD Bracket is the trick!
