I posted over on the Poco fansite... no responses yet. Maybe I'll have better luck here.
I'm Looking for pictures of Rusty Young playing his ZB Custom circa early Poco ('69). Ideally with Rusty and the ZB Logo both in the frame.

Dave...I only have "Adobe Photoshop 3" software for my scanner. If you can handle that, I might be able to help you with a picture or two. |

Sorry Dave. I knew I had a magazine around here with some shots of Rusty back in the '70s, but when I found it..he was playing a Sho~Bud! I'll keep lookin' though. You never know what will turn up in my attic. |

Does anyone have any more photos of that ZB. It is the only ZB I have ever seen with no inlay and I just purchased a black ZB from Calif. with no inlay. The serial # is 1058, probably built in 1967.
Thanks

Nice picture of Rusty back when he had his own hair (or any hair for that matter). I'll bet that ZB was too heavy for Rusty's show off pedal steel gymnastics. He is playing a Carter now which I'm sure is much easier to play on two legs! Also, since he only plays steel in one or two songs in the Poco live set, It must be nicer luggin' that Carter through the airport than the ZB or the Buds he was used to playing. He is truly one of the greats. Check out the new "Running Horse" CD. There is some awesome pedal and lap steel on it!

Hey Dave.
Found this one on the internet.
Not what you are looking for but maybe it's something that you don't have yet.
