I know ,Iknow this is a STEEL guitar forum, but I have no friends and I needed someone to tell about this... and anyway most of you old geezers[like me]enjoy old classic 60's guitars..I am buying a 1971 Ric 360-12 for $1100 ...If you know anything about these guitars, you know that this guitar is worth OVER double that easy.. all original, exc. cond with one chip in the back,, original polishing cloth etc...

I am just waiting for something horrible to happen to this deal because that usually the case when I find these "too good to pass up deals" ...anyway wish me luck guys,, its a "done deal"... SUPPOSSEDLY......bob

Yep, that's a great deal if everything is jake. Good luck, hope you can close 'er. Better knock on wood, and hope the seller doesn't see this post.

True Dave.. but if he sees it,, no problem.. I already feel guilty about the deal... I am a TERRIBLE business man.. I usually Buy Hi Sell Low... I am not used to getting the "smokin" deal and I start hyperventilating and telling everone about it!!!! bob

Cool Bob. I'll be your friend That's a great price. I'd kind of like to find one myself. Was that an "online auction" purchase, or did you just run across it?

Chris.. just stumbled on to it... I have been through several of these "done deals'...they usually end up getting cancelled by the seller, after the seller does a little research.... bob

AGAIN!!.. The guitar turned out to be a 1980.. Story of my life.. I recently sold a 1983 in dead mint cond including shipping on ebay for $1000,so while this is not a BAD deal, its nothing to write home about..oh well easy come easy go..

BUT ,SOMEWHERE out there sits a 1954 Strat unplayed for 50 years in some 90 year old widows closet.. and one day, she's gonna croak and her children are gonna have a BIG garage sale.. and that Strat will again see the light of day with a $25 price tag on it!! When that day comes, and it WILL come I assure you!,I Bob Carlucci will be there with $25 in hand and a big smile saying... " So sorry about your mother..I'm so glad I was able to help you nice folks in your time of grief by taking this worthless old piece of junk guitar off your hands",,,, yep... any day now...I'm waiting... gonna happen..... bob
