I'm still out with the 'Whorehouse' tour, and we found ourselves overnighting in Denver, Colorado. I took the opportunity of seeing the 'Patsy' show, and had the great pleasure of hearing John's fine steel playing for the first time! He played with great touch and tone, and I'll be stealing one of his ideas in 'True Love' next time I do the show..... 
We got to 'visit' afterwards, and had a great chat about all things 'steel'; thanks, John, for a very nice evening!

Thanks, Roger, and it was a great visit. Wish I could have stayed longer,but glad we got some time in . It was really nice chatting about our mutual friend Jimmie Crawford.
If you get a chance to stop by one of his shows, do so. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as I did .
