Another new guy

I just thought I would introduce myself to you fine folks. I've been playing guitar for about 20 years. I started playing lap steel (C6) after my resonator guitar was stolen a few years ago. I was recently in a guitar store for some picks, and they had a Carter Starter for sale at a price I could't say no to. So now I'm waiting for some learning material to arrive so I don't scare the dogs anymore.
