I watched a deal with "The Notorious Cherry Bombs" (Vince Gill, and Rodney Crowel) on T.V. a while ago, and I couldn't get a good enough look at the Steel Player. I didn't catch the whole show, just the last part. Anybody know who was playing Steel? I know it's not John Hughey. ('Less he...... well, any way I don't think It's John.)
Did ya'all see it? Dosen't Rodney look like Johnny Rodriguez? |

Chuck, that's Hank DeVitto playing steel for the Notorious Cherry Bombs featuring Vince Gill and Rodney Crowell. They reunited recently to record an album together. Brett, Emmons S-10, Morrell lapsteel, GFI Ultra D-10 |

I'm gonna guess Hank DeVito but if I'm wrong I imagine Brett'll straighten it out pretty quick. |

I wondered whatever happened to DeVito on the steel scene. I did hear that he went into the photography biz, or something. |
