I have only been "playing" for about five months, and this is my first song. I know I am a LONG way from being considered a "player", but I still would like to know what you think. It opens up in Windows Media Player. Just click this link, and then click on "My First Song" and tell me what you think. http://home.comcast.net/~g_watkins
Thank You,
Gary Watkins

Very nice Gary! You're doing great for just 5 months - keep it up.

Gary,

Not bad at all for a player with only five months experience. Keep doing whatever you are doing, and practice, practice, practice. You will "be there" before you know it.

I wish my intonation had been that good at 5 months.

You should have heard me when I first started.
Took me over a year to get some good tunes out of that steel. So I think that you are definitely on the right track Gary.

Thanks to all that replied. I know I've got a long way to go, but it sure is one hell of a ride!

Thanks,
