Hi All!

I was just sitting and listening to Steel Radio while working. Then this solo-part started with the title "What A Friend We Have In Jesus". I missed out on the player info, as I just slowly stopped working and by and by dropped ev'rything to listen to this wonderful player.
Anybody knows who does that? I'm still all goosebumpy and had to walk a few turns round the house afterwards

Hard to tell - a lot of great versions were recorded: John Hughey, Doug Jernigan, Jimmy Day (this list is far from being complete...)

Kind Regards, Walter

Thanks a lot Walter!

Sometime ago I downloaded a short piece of a tune titeled Farewell Party, played by Jimmi Day.
I have a feeling that the version that i mentioned was played by JD too, for some reason. The vibe seemed similar.

best.........
