Leila,
There are several. "Touch My Heart", "Night Life","Love Life","The Other Woman", "San Antonio Rose (tribute to Bob Wills)" just to name a few. These were mainly in the 1960's which I think were the best of his work and he had some of the greatest steelers, Jimmy Day, Ralph Mooney, Buddy Emmons etc.

Leila,
Ray's latest CD (about a year or so) is called "TIME" and is "Priceless". Lots' of Buddy Emmons steel which I think is some of Buddy's best work, ever!

| For the whole enchilada buy the Bear Family Records "Ray Price" set of 10 CD's. It'll cost ya $210 or more but you'll have it all (from about 1950 on) and a lifetime of study. Don Helms, Buddy Emmons, Jimmy Day and all are absolutely the Masters. |

OK OK enough with the tar and feathers!! I am an old person, well sorta, brain short, I was thinking about two things and I ain't equiped but mono. I was thinking about some early Haggard stuff. I had the pleasure when I was at Lackland to see Ray and the Cowboys in person with Jimmy Day on steel and Roger Miller as front man. 40 years ago, still can see that event, turned me on to country music and steel guitars.

Fred, go by K-2 and eat a chicken fried steak for me. I wish I could be down there, I am in the Big Easy working. I have worked there in Bay City about 2 years or so ago, I found out that Janet was from down that way, say hi to her and Jim, saw them at Ronnie's 2 weeks ago. I am less than 2 years from retirement and looking forward to it, work is interfering with pickin'. I am a bass player.

| If you can afford it, the Bears Family 10-CD box is great. Rays first work was not verry impressive, but then he found his own singing style and hit that shuffle-beat and the great music came! C'mon guys. Ralph Mooney must have at least recorded with Ray Price in the late 50s or whenever "Heartaches By the Number" was recorded. Sure sounds like him.

| Yup, one of the neat parts of the Bear Family box set is the big book they ship with it that tells who played on what song, year it was recorded, session particulars, etc. |
