The new Peavey newsletter features an article on The 33rd Int'l Steel Convention co-sponsored by Peavey & Scotty's Music. It mentions Peavey endorsers Randy Beavers & Tommy Dodd. Go to the Peavey website & look under News. |

Thanks Terry for your comments. Peavey has been a major sponsor of the St. Louis Convention for over 30 years. Whether it was providing the sound system or by showcasing Peavey products in our demo room...............or both which is what we do now.
This year we decided to post photos of the performances that are held in the Peavey Demo Booth instead of photos of the ballroom performances. Not that the performances are not the highlight of the convention, but to show the non-attendees around the world that there is much more to the convention than the activities in the ballroom.
This year, Peavey Dealer Danny Hullihen of Harrison Music in Harrison, Michigan was featured with his group. Also, Jonathan Cullifer came in and jammed with Peavey artist Tommy Dodd. In these sessions that are held in our booth, the attendee can have a "one on one" with the performers in a relaxed atmosphere. There are numerous Peavey dealers who are steel guitarist themselves, and Danny is one of "us".
We hope to offer this "showcase" with our artists every year at Scotty's and at the Texas Steel Guitar Jamboree. |

This is a very nice article on the Peavey website and I was very surprised to see a photo of Danny Hullihen and our band, it was a lot of fun. They have the latest in the Peavey line available for us to try out and its always one of my highlights in St. Louis. |
