I'm trying to figure out whether Bobby Ingano is still on the bill for August 24 gig at Don Quixote's in Felton, CA. This is with George Kuo, Martin Pahinui and Aaron Mahi. I've seen his name on some publicity and others I haven't.

Jeff A, do you know?

Thanks
Bill

What I read/heard is that Bobby Ingano is only playing some of the dates, and Don Quixote's is one of them. Some more details about the tour are here:

I caught George Kuo, Martin Pahinui and Aaron Mahi the last time they played in the area. They put on a good, entertaining show even without a steel player.

Bobby is definately heading that way. I was with him last night jammming with slack key artist Ledward Kaapana. He's leaving for California this Tuesday and returning Sunday. Don Quixote's is actually the name of the music hall and not a restaurant.

Felton is up the road from Santa Cruz on Hwy 9, about 15 minutes. If you come from SF, take 280 to 85 south to 17 south, exit Mt Hermon Road in Scotts Valley, take that road directly to the intersection of Hwy 9 and Don Quixote's is on the left.

Thanks Bill!

If I don't go to the Giants game that night, the I think I'll be there.

Thanks!
