Anyone know who did the original version of this song. Dolly Parton had a version out but I doubt is she's the original.

Delaney, Bonnie and Friends, the Bramlett's. I remember this from the early 70's. The title is Never ending song of love for you. The B side, Your Funk and Wagnall's or something like that.

Yes, Delaney Bramlett wrote the song, lots of others did versions of it (Nat Stckey, Dickey Lee, the Statler Brothers).

The best rendition I've heard recorded is by Mayf Nutter who toured with the Buck Owens Show in the 70's and made an occasional appearance on The Waltons TV series.
