Hi everybody, wasn`t too sure where to post this so it went here.
Just wanted to let my friends of steel know that I have recently moved from " Down Under" to Halifax Nova Scotia to be with my lovely wife Christina and to make our home here..hopefully it wont be too long before I get permanant residency papers, ( and let Tony have Australia to himself lol )..am in negotiations with Al Briscoe re a new Carter S12 Ext. E9th 4x5...soon as I have the necessary together...I have asked on the forum about tunings/set-ups ect and have recieved a whole lot of fantastic help...Thank you all for your assistance...now all I have to do is get the thing and do some serious `woodshedding`....hopefully I`ll get good enough to post a clip or something for your comments....but more on that later.
Great to be a part of such a fabulous `family` and looking forward to more interaction with all of you.
again..Thank You All.

That's a big move, Glyn - congratulations! It's not too long since I decamped from Britain to live here in the USA (I was 55 at the time) - scary, but liberating!!! Thanks to INS ineptitude (they lost my address in NYC!), my Green Card took four years, but that's ancient history now.
Good luck to you - with the house AND the steel.....
