Connie smith's 40th Anniversay show. Jack Smith plays some great steel. Notice how few effects he uses! Leon Rhodes walked her over for the show from the Opry. Weldon Myrick is recognized and has something to say. And Connie's daughters sing a song!

If you don't want to listen to it all check out Jack's solo at 37 minutes and Weldon's intro at 49.

Pickin like it used to be, Jack sounding super, Connie still has it going, the daughter @55 min aint no slouch, sounds a lot like Mama. Both girls have a super voice(musta got it from Mama). We need a lot more of this kind of music.
