Need help posting sound clips..

I wonder if I can get some help from a friend or two here... I want to record a few short clips of my new Carter and post them here so everyone can enjoy a good laugh !! Even me!. I have some stupid website,but it shuts down for hours/days at a time when one or two 30 second clips are downloaded from it.. totally useless. I posted some clips of my MSA and most guys that tried couldn't get anything...Anyway ,I remember a few guys on another guitar forum I was on helped me out by letting me email my stuff to them and they posted it for me. I am a total LUNKHEAD when it comes to computers so am forced to go begging,hat in hand to guys that are more capable in this realm of "cyber steel".
