I saw that same photo some years back in that same book, which my brother in-law had. At the time I paid little attention to the lady, because I was amazed by the big National console !!!!!!!
She must have been related to the gent I took lessons from for about six months. He would get riled too when I would show up with E7 on my guitar instead of A maj. At the time I was playing parties etc, and A maj just didn't cut it!!
